The Beaumont Partnership Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity in Thailand and therefore does not have shareholders.

 

The Foundation Board members and advisory committees consist of people with a balance of skills and expertise to ensure good governance.

The Foundation and the school's leadership team oversee the school's operation and continued development.

 

The Board and the advisory committee members are volunteers and do not receive any compensation for their work.
