THE GOOD GOAT PROJECT

The Good Goat Project was started in 2021 with the objective of producing goat's milk and producing and selling goat’s cheese. Instrumental to the program's set-up were James Kaplan, aka Chief Goat Herder and Craig Mclean.

12 Sanan French goats were purchased from the Department of Livestock, Ratchaburi.

The goats have started kidding, and trialing of goat cheese has started.

In 2024, the following cheeses will be produced by students and the community:

Edam

Gouda

Feta

Halloumi

Caerphilly
